摘要 本研究对抗菌药物通过血脑屏障的能力及其影响因素进行分析总结,发现磺胺类、利奈唑胺、氧氟沙星、硝唑类、吡嗪酰胺、异烟肼以及部分喹诺酮类药物等抗菌药物脑膜炎时血脑屏障通透率较为理想,效果显著,安全性高。 This study analyzed and summarized the ability of antimicrobial drugs to pass through the blood-brain barrier and its influencing factors. It was found that the permeability of blood-brain barrier was ideal when antimicrobial drugs such as sulfonamides, linezolid, ofloxacin, nidazoles, pyrazinamide, isoniazid and some quinolones were used in meningitis. The whole sex is high.
