良性前列腺增生症采用前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺片的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Qianlie Shutong Capsules Combined with Finasteride in Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:观察前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺片治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法:将48例良性前列腺增生患者分为对照组(24例)和实验组(24例),对照组给予非那雄胺片,实验组在此基础上给予前列舒通胶囊,观察两组患者的治疗总有效率、膀胱残余尿量(RV)、前列腺体积(PV)、最大尿流率(Qmax)及不良反应情况。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的IPSS评分、PV、RV均明显低于治疗前,Qmax均明显比高于治疗前,且在组间比较上,实验组以上指标变化情况均比对照组明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率对比未显示出统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺片治疗良性前列腺增生效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of QianlieShutong capsule combined with finasteride tablets in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: 48 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into control group(24 cases) and experimental group(24 cases). The control group was given finasteride tablets, and the experimental group was given QianlieShutong Capsule on this basis. The total effective rate, RV, PV, Qmax and adverse reactions were observed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The IPSS score, PV, and RV of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the Qmax was significantly higher than that before treatment. In comparison between the groups, the changes in the above indicators of the experimental group were more significant than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients did not show statistical differences(P> 0.05). Conclusion: QianlieShutong capsule combined with finasteride tablets is effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
