长春西汀联合奥扎格雷注射治疗对脑卒中患者神经功能恢复、凝血指标及血流动力学的影响

Effects of Vinpocetine Combined with Ozagrel Injection on Neurological Function Recovery,Coagulation Parameters and Hemodynamics in Stroke Patients

摘要 目的:观察长春西汀联合奥扎格雷注射治疗对脑卒中患者神经功能恢复、凝血指标及血流动力学的影响。方法:选取脑卒中患者58例为研究对象,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予奥扎格雷,观察组在对照组基础上给予长春西汀。比较两组神经功能恢复指标、凝血功能指标及血流动力学指标。结果:治疗后观察组日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血流动力学指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:长春西汀联合奥扎格雷注射治疗可提高脑卒中患者神经功能恢复效果,并提升脑血管血流速度。 Objective: To observe effects of vinpocetine combined with ozagrel injection on neurologicalfunctionecovery, coagulation parameters and hemodynamics in stroke patients. Methods: The 58 stroke patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 29 cases in each group. The control group was given ozagrel on random number table methodbasis, while observation group was given vinpocetine on basis of control group. Neurological function recovery, coagulation functionand hemodynamics indexes were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, ADL score was higher in observation group than control group, while NIHSS score was lower thancontrol group(P<0.05). The fibrinogen level was lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05). The hemodynamics indexes were higherin observation group than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Vinpocetine combined with ozagrel injection can improve neurological function recovery and cerebral blood flow velocity of stroke patients.
