致康胶囊对桡骨远端骨折患者术后患肢疼痛、肿胀的影响分析

Effects of Zhikang Capsule on Postoperative Pain and Swelling of Affected Limbs in Patients with Distal Radius Fractures

目的:探讨致康胶囊应用于桡骨远端骨折术后辅助治疗的临床效果。方法:选取62例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数表分为观察组与对照组各31例。对照组术后开展常规康复治疗,观察组在其基础上服用致康胶囊辅助治疗。比较治疗前与治疗3个月后,两组患者腕关节肿胀程度、疼痛程度[视觉模拟法疼痛评分量表(VAS)]、腕关节活动度(ROM)变化。结果:治疗3个月后,两组患者腕关节肿胀程度均较治疗前有显著减轻,且观察组明显轻于同一时间对照组(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前有显著下降,且观察组明显低于同一时间对照组(P<0.05);两组患者掌屈、背伸ROM水平均较治疗前有显著提升,且观察组明显高于同一时间对照组(P<0.05)。结论:致康胶囊能有效改善桡骨远端骨折患者术后患肢疼痛、肿胀症状,对其尽快恢复腕关节正常活动功能有利。

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of Zhikang capsule(Chiho capsule)in the postoperative adjuvant treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods: 62 patients with distal radius fractures were selected for the study. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. Control group was given routine postoperative rehabilitation, and observation group was given Zhikang capsule adjuvant therapy on this basis. Before treatment and after 3 months of treatment, the wrist swelling degree, pain degree[visual analogue pain score scale(VAS)] and range of motion(ROM) of wrist joint were compared between the two groups. Results: After 3 months of treatment, the wrist swelling degree in the two groups was significantly less than that before treatment, and the degree in observation group was significantly lighter than that in control group at the same time(P<0.05). The VAS score in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group at the same time(P<0.05). The ROM levels of palmar flexion and dorsiflexion in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at the same time(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhikang capsule can effectively improve the pain and swelling symptoms of affected limbs in patients with distal radius fractures, and it is beneficial to restore the normal function of wrist joint as soon as possible.
