复方桐叶烧伤油治疗对烧伤创面症状改善、创面愈合时间的影响

Effects of Compound Folium Paulownieae Burn Oil on Symptoms Improvement of Burn Wound and Wound Healing Time

目的:研究烧伤患者使用复方桐叶烧伤油治疗对烧伤创面症状改善、创面愈合时间的影响。方法:选择我院收治的烧伤患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组复方虎杖烧伤油,观察组使用复方桐叶烧伤油。观察两组治疗后创面改善效果、止痛药使用时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间,统计患者转归情况(感染、瘢痕及植皮手术发生率),并记录药物不良反应。结果:观察组患者创面改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组止痛药使用时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感染率、瘢痕率、植皮手术率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:烧伤患者使用复方桐叶烧伤油治疗能明显改善创面恢复情况,缩短创面愈合,在一定程度改善患者转归情况,安全性较好。

Objective: To study the effects of compound folium paulownieae burn oil on the symptoms improvement of burn wound and wound healing time in patients with burns. Methods: 80 patients with burns admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound polygonum cuspidatum burn oil, and observation group was given compound folium paulownieae burn oil. The wound improvement effects, painkiller use time, wound healing time and hospital stay were observed in the two groups. The patients’ outcomes(incidence rates of infection, scar and skin grafting) were counted, and adverse drug reactions were recorded. Results: The wound improvement in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05). The painkiller use time, wound healing time and hospital stay in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The infection rate, scar rate and skin grafting rate in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Compound folium paulownieae burn oil for patients with burns can significantly improve the wound recovery, shorten the wound healing, and improve the patients’ outcomes to a certain extent, and it has good safety.
