翻转课堂新模式在园艺学科教学中的创新应用——以《食用菌栽培》课程为例 被引量:2

摘要 园艺类学科课程多数是理论与实践性均较强的课程,传统单向讲授式教学实践较少、教学效果较差。以《食用菌栽培》为例,通过引入"你讲我评"、"你种我导"、"你出我选"的翻转课堂模式分别对理论课、实验课、考试3部分进行改革和创新。通过考察所授课学生的学习反馈及考试成绩,显示以上3种翻转课堂模式大大提高了学生的学习兴趣和主动意识,培养了学生自主探索的学习方法,增强了学生动手能力,同时考试成绩的优良率也大幅提高,取得良好的教学效果。表明翻转课堂教学模式是当前条件下切实可行的教学改革措施,是提高《食用菌栽培》等生物类课程教学质量和培养专业人才的一种新模式。 Most of the horticulture courses are both theoretical and practical courses.The traditional one-way teaching is less of practice,and the teaching effect is poor.This study took cultivation of edible fungi course as an example,reformed and innovated the theory course,experiment course and examination by introducing the flipped classroom model of"You teach a class and I evaluate","You cultivate a mushroom and I guide"and"You set an exam paper and I select".The teaching effect of the new teaching model was investigated through the feedback and examination scores.The results showed that the above three flipped classroom modes greatly improved the learning interest and positivity,cultivated the learning method of independent exploration,and enhanced the students’practical ability.Meanwhile,the excellent and good rate of examination results also greatly increased.It showed that the new flipped classroom model was a feasible teaching reform measure under the current condition,and a new mode to improve the teaching quality of biology courses including edible fungus cultivation and cultivate professionals.
