摘要
高师教师口语课程的传统课堂,由于高校教师缺乏基础教育教学实际经验,训练场景的创设无法还原真正的中小学教育情境,直接导致师范生口语理论知识与口头表达能力的转换困难。为此提出构建"双导师制"教学模式的构想,通过高校教师和中小学教师在课程计划拟定、课堂教学、课堂表现评价等方面开展合作,以期突破"教师职业口语"的教学瓶颈,达到师范生受益、双导师共赢的目的,为高校与中小学更深度的合作提供借鉴。
In the traditional classroom of Teacher’s Spoken Language in Normal University, the teachers’ lack of practical experience in basic education and the fact that the creation of training scenes cannot restore the real situation of primary and secondary education, directly lead to the difficulty in the conversion from the theoretical knowledge to the oral expression ability of normal students. In order to break through the teaching bottleneck of teacher’s professional spoken language, double-tutor systems has been proposed, which can achieve the goal of benefiting normal students and tutors, and provide reference for deeper cooperation between universities, and primary and secondary schools.
