新疆产半夏的质量评价

Quality Appraisal of Pinellia ternata in Xinjiang

目的:对产自新疆的半夏质量进行评价。方法:对新疆半夏加工品进行分级,按《中华人民共和国药典》2015版半夏项下要求,检测新疆半夏的水分、总灰分、浸出物、有机酸含量;采用滴定法、高效液相色谱法分别测定针晶、鸟苷含量,再与甘肃产半夏进行比较。结果:测得新疆半夏水分、总灰分、针晶、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、有机酸、鸟苷质量分数分别为9.8070%~10.0937%、2.5779%~3.7649%、1.4405%~1.8891%、9.4149%~10.5341%、9.9540%~11.1723%、0.3542%~0.4133%、0.0066%~0.0082%,与甘肃半夏相比鸟苷含量无显著差异,有机酸含量较高。结论:新疆半夏质量合格,该地区可作为半夏新的栽培产地。

Objective:To evaluate the quality of Pinellia ternata in Xinjiang.Methods:Grading the processed products of P.ternata in Xinjiang were graded.The contents of water,total ash,extracts and organic acids of P.ternata were determined by 2015 Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The content of needle crystals and guanosine was determined by titration and HPLC method,and the results were compared with the P.ternata in Gansu.Results:The contents of water,total ash,needle crystal,water-soluble extract,alcohol-soluble extract,organic acid and guanosine in P.ternata from Xinjiang were 9.8070%-10.0937%,2.5779%-3.7649%,1.4405%-1.8891%,9.4149%-10.5341%,9.9540%-11.1723%,0.3542%-0.4133%,0.0066%-0.0082%.Compared with Gansu P.ternata,there was no significant difference in guanosine content,and the content of organic acid was higher.Conclusion:It is suitable for planting P.ternata in Xinjiang.The processed products should be graded and the processing technology should be standardized.The quality of Xinjiang P.ternata is qualified,and Xinjiang can be used as a new cultivation place for plantation of P.ternata.
