HPLC测定女贞子中特女贞苷的含量及指纹图谱的建立

Determination of Content of Specnuezhenide and Establishment of Fingerprint for Ligustri Lucidi Fructus by HPLC

目的:研究市售不同产地的女贞子特女贞苷含量的差异,完善女贞子药材的行业质量标准。方法:用高效液相色谱法鉴别测定23批市售女贞子药材中特女贞苷的含量,并建立女贞子指纹图谱。结果:22批女贞子的特女贞苷含量符合《中华人民共和国药典》标准,只有1批低于《中华人民共和国药典》标准;其中安徽产的女贞子中特女贞苷含量最高,达3.74%,而江苏产的N07女贞子中特女贞苷含量最低,仅为0.35%。结论:23批市售女贞子的含量测定和指纹图谱结果表明,该方法简便,快速,可靠,为女贞子行业质量标准的完善和提高提供了参考。

Objective:To study the differences in the content of specnuezhenide of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus from different producing areas,and improve the industrial quality standards of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.Methods:HPLC method was used to identify and determine the contents of specnuezhenide in 23 batches of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.The fingerprints of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus were established.Results:The 22 batches of specnuezhenide of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus met the standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Only one batch was lower than the standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,among them,N01 produced the highest content of specnuezhenide in Anhui,reached 3.74%,while the content of N07 from Jiangsu was the lowest,only 0.35%.Conclusion:The results of determination and fingerprinting of 23 batches of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus show that the method is simple,rapid and reliable,and it provides a reference for improving the quality standard of industry.
