摘要
目的:研究不同配伍比例对半夏-厚朴药对中厚朴活性成分溶出的影响。方法:建立半夏-厚朴药对指纹图谱,确定34个共有峰及属于厚朴药材的6个活性成分峰和7个未知成分峰;计算厚朴6个活性成分和7个未知成分的变化情况,分析不同配伍比例对13个指标成分的影响。结果:厚朴单煎液与半夏-厚朴药对合煎液中厚朴化学成分的溶出存在差异:在0∶1~1∶0配伍比例范围内,半夏的加入可使厚朴中绿原酸、厚朴酚及成分15、17、27的累计溶出量增加,可使紫丁香苷、木兰花碱、金丝桃苷、和厚朴酚及成分1、3、12、22的累计溶出量减少;在1∶6~4∶3配伍比例范围内,半夏的用量对木兰花碱的溶出影响属误差范围;半夏的加入可使金丝桃苷在1∶6~6∶1、成分1在2∶5~5∶1、成分12在2∶5~6∶1的配伍比例范围内变化百分率减少且具有显著性;半夏的加入可使绿原酸在2∶5~3.5∶3.5、厚朴酚在1∶6~5∶2、成分27在2∶5~6∶1的配伍比例范围内变化百分率增加且具有显著性。结论:半夏的用量对半夏-厚朴药对中厚朴相关成分的溶出有较大影响。
Objective:To study the effects of different compatibility ratios of Rhizoma Pinelliae and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis couplet medicines on the dissolution of related components in Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis.Methods:The fingerprints were established and 34 common peaks of Rhizoma Pinelliae and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis couplet medicines and 6 active components and 7 unknown components peaks of Magnolia officinalis were determined.The content and the cumulative percentage change of 6 active components,the peak area and the cumulative peak area change of the 7 unknown components were calculated.The effects of different compatibility ratios of Rhizoma Pinelliae and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis couplet medicines on 13 indexes of Magnolia officinalis were studied.Results:The study found that there were differences in the dissolution of chemical constituents of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis in couplet medicines and the single decoction of Magnolia officinalis.In the range of 0∶1-1∶0 compatibility,the addition of Rhizoma Pinelliae could make the cumulative dissolution of chlorogenic acid,magnolol and components 15,component 17 and 27 in Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis.The increase of the percentage of variation in total,could reduce the cumulative dissolution of syringin,magnoflorine,hyperoside,and magnolol and components 1,component 3,component 12 and component 22.In the range of 1∶6-4∶3 compatibility,the effect of Rhizoma Pinelliae on the dissolution of magnoflorine was in the range of error;In summer,hyperoside can reduce the percentage of hyperoside in the proportion of 1∶6-6∶1,component 1 in the proportion of 2∶5-5∶1 and component 12 in 2∶5-6∶1.The addition of Pinellia ternata can increase the percentage of chlorogenic acid in the proportion of 2∶5-3.5∶3.5,magnolol in 1∶6-5∶2 and component 27 in the proportion of 2∶5-6∶1.The study also speculated that there was some relationship between the change of dissolution and pharmacological activity.Conclusion:The dosage of Rhizoma Pinelliae has a great influence on the dissolution of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis in the couplet medicines.
