Optimizing the Political and Ecological Dynamic Mechanism Within the Party:Based on Agency-Structure-Dynamics Theory

新时代加强党内政治生态建设具有十分重要的政治价值、法律价值、社会价值和时代价值。从行动者-系统-动力学理论进行分析,目前党内政治生态建设动力机制还存在着主体困境、制度困境、环境困境方面的问题。优化党内政治生态建设的动力机制应进一步提升党内政治生态建设主体的责任意识和责任担当,构建完善的党内政治生态建设制度体系,培育有利于党内政治生态建设的环境氛围,以期能全面净化党内政治生态,逐步营造"以廉为荣,以贪为耻"的党内风气,推动社会风气持续好转。
