用人单位对工科毕业生适岗素养要求的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Employer’s Requirements for Qualifications of Engineering Graduates

为调查研究新时期用人单位对人才培养的需求,应用网络调查和统计学的方法,制出用人单位对高校工科应届毕业生适岗素养要求统计表。结果显示,较多的用人单位希望其职工具备较好的社交、合作、责任、学习力和压力管理等适岗素养,表明多数用人单位对人才培养的定位与期望。调研结果可用于指导高校教育工作者优化教学设计。

In order to investigate and study the demand of employers for talent training in the new period,a statistical table of employers’requirements for the qualifi cations of engineering graduates in colleges and universities was made by using the methods of network survey and statistics.The results showed that the employers’ability of active learning was wanted by more employers,and critical thinking and scientific research ability were few required,which indicated most employing units’orientation and expectation of talent cultivation.The research results could be used to guide university educators to optimize teaching design.
