基于1+N+1模式的新余学院·赣锋锂业实训基地建设实践

Eased on 1+N+1 Mode: Xinyu University · Ganfeng Lithium Industry Training base Construction Practice

随着《中国制造2025》的进一步推进,地方院校人才培养方向已经转向应用型、技术型和创新型。为主动对接新余市地方装备制造产业,加快培养装备制造领域高素质人才,提高人才培养质量和学科科研水平,以新余学院•赣锋锂业实训基地建设为例,提出基于“1+N+1”校企合作模式,深化产教融合,以企业人才需求为导向,构建人才培养新体系,培养出符合地方经济和社会发展需求的应用型人才,更好地为地方经济建设服务。

With the further advancement of Made in China 2025,the talent training direction of local colleges has turned to application,technology and innovation.To actively connect with the local equipment manufacturing industry in Xinyu City,accelerate the cultivation of high-quality talents in the fi eld of equipment manufacturing,and improve the quality of personnel training and the level of scientifi c research.This article takes the construction of Xinyu University•Ganfeng Lithium industry training base as an example,proposed based on the“1+N+1”school-enterprise cooperation model,deepen the integration of production and education.Guided by the needs of enterprise talents,we will build a new system of talent cultivation,cultivate application-oriented talents that meet the needs of local economic and social development,and better serve local economic construction.
