基于粒子群算法的高液静压无心磨床砂轮主轴静压轴承的优化 被引量:4

Optimization of Hydrostatic Bearings for Grinding Wheel Spindle of High Hydrostatic Pressure Centerless Grinder Based on Particle Swarm Optimization

摘要 以单位承载力下总功率损失最小作为目标函数,采用粒子群优化算法对高液静压无心磨床砂轮主轴静压轴承进行优化,并用流固耦合的分析方法验证优化后轴承的性能和结构。结果表明:优化后单位承载力下轴承的总功耗降低了17.065%,轴承的最大应力减小,最大变形略有增大,但均满足磨床的精度要求;轴承宽径比减小,刚度提高,制造成本降低。通过该优化方法提高了无心磨床的磨削稳定性,明显改善了轴承的综合性能。 Taking the power consumption per unit load as a objective function,the particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to optimize hydrostatic bearings for grinding wheel spindle of high hydrostatic pressure centerless grinder.The performance and structure of optimized bearings are verified by fluid-solid coupling analysis method.The results show that the power consumption per unit load of optimized bearings is reduced by 17.065%,the maximum stress of the bearing decreases,and the maximum deformation increases slightly,meeting all accuracy requirements of grinder.The width-diameter ratio of the bearings decreases,the stiffness increases,and the manufacturing cost decreases.The grinding stability of centerless grinder is improved and the comprehensive performance of the bearings is obviously improved by using the optimization method.
