足骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的影像诊断

目的:研究分析通过观察足骨肿瘤及肿瘤样的影像,对患者进行诊断的应用价值。方法:本次研究采用回顾性分析的方式进行,选取117例在我院经过病理证实的足骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变患者的相关资料,收治患者的时间为2017年1月到2019年1月。对全部的患者主要采用CT扫描、两维重建以及X光线片的方式进行检查,其中少量患者采用核磁共振检查。结果:本次研究中的117例足骨肿瘤及瘤样病变患者中,恶性肿瘤为10例(8.55%),良性肿瘤为107例(91.45%),其中有20例患者属于肿瘤样病变。62例发生于跖趾骨骨肿瘤及瘤样病变中,包含5种病种,分别是28例骨软骨瘤、10例腱鞘巨细胞瘤、11例内生软骨瘤,8例血管球瘤,5例血管瘤;43例发生于中趾骨骨肿瘤及瘤样病变中,包含4种病种,分别是5例转移瘤、8例骨软骨瘤、12例成软骨细胞瘤以及18例骨囊肿瘤;12例发生于跖骨骨肿瘤及瘤样病变中有4种,分别是2例骨瘤、3例内生软骨瘤、1例转移瘤、6例骨软骨瘤。结论:本次临床研究的结果表明,足骨肿瘤与肿瘤样有和很多种的病变种类,通过观察患者足骨肿瘤及肿瘤样的影像,不仅会表现出其不同的个性,还会表现出除具备与发生在其他骨骼类似的共性。并且,不同的肿瘤有着不同的好发部位,所在对患者进行诊断时,能够结合患者的发病部位进行诊断。同时,在对患者检查和诊断时,需要对患者不同部位的特征进行全面的了解,从而增强诊断质量。

Objective:To study the value of the diagnosis of patients by observing the images of foot bone tumors and tumor-like images.Methods:The retrospective analysis was performed in this study.117 patients with pathologically confirmed foot and tumor-like lesions in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were admitted from January 2017 to January 2019.All patients were examined by CT scan,two-dimensional reconstruction,and X-ray film.A small number of patients underwent MRI.Results:Of the 117 patients with foot and tumor-like lesions in this study,10(8.55%)were malignant tumors and 107(91.45%)were benign tumors,of which 20 were tumor-like.62 cases occurred in the metatarsal bone tumor and tumor-like lesions,including 5 kinds of diseases,including 28 cases of osteochondroma,10 cases of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath,11 cases of endogenous chondroma,8 cases of glomus tumor,5 cases Hemangioma;43 cases occurred in the mid-tooth bone tumor and tumor-like lesions,including 4 kinds of diseases,5 cases of metastases,8 cases of osteochondroma,12 cases of chondroblastoma and 18 cases of bone cyst tumors;There were 4 cases of sacral bone tumors and tumor-like lesions,including 2 cases of osteoma,3 cases of endogenous chondroma,1 case of metastases,and 6 cases of osteochondroma.Conclusion:The results of this clinical study show that there are many types of lesions in the tumors of the foot and the tumor.By observing the images of the tumors and tumors of the patients,they will not only show their different personalities,but also show that they have Similar to what occurs in other bones.Moreover,different tumors have different predilection sites,and when the patient is diagnosed,it can be combined with the patient's disease site for diagnosis.At the same time,in the examination and diagnosis of patients,it is necessary to comprehensively understand the characteristics of different parts of the patient,thereby enhancing the quality of diagnosis.
