摘要 针对电源规划的发展路径由经济性最优为中心逐步向低碳、绿色、经济、协调多目标并重转变的情况,本文提出一种基于风光联合消纳的中长期电源规划算法,给出了中长期优化规划的整体思路,建立了中长期电源规划的数学模型。 With the development path for generation expansion planning methods which has gradually shifted from economical optimization to the low-carbon,green,economic,and coordinated multi-objective optimization,firstly,a medium and long-term power planning algorithm based on combined wind power and PV accommodation is proposed,then the overall idea of optimization planning is given,and a mathematical model is established.
