摘要
研究了储能在高比例可再生能源系统中的应用及支持政策。首先结合大规模可再生能源并网对于储能的技术需求,分析了储能在未来高比例可再生能源系统中的重点发展方向及应用前景,进一步借鉴国际储能发展政策经验,从近期储能参与辅助服务市场、中远期参与现货和容量市场以及储能与可再生能源协同发展的新型政策探索等多个层面,提出了促进储能发展的支持政策建议,为推动储能在高比例可再生能源系统中的应用提供技术支撑。
Application and support policies of energy storage in high proportion renewable energy system are analyzed in this paper.Firstly,considering technical requirements of large-scale renewable energy integration into power system,the key application prospects of energy storage are proposed for high-penetration renewable energy system in future.Then referring to international development experience,support policies of energy storage are discussed from aspects of participating in the auxiliary service market in the near future,participating in the electricity spot and capacity market in the medium and long term,and exploring new coordination policy of energy storage and renewable energy.The proposed policies will provide technical support for the application of energy storage in high-penetration renewable energy system.
