电力工程与水利水电工程的防洪标准关系探讨 被引量:4

摘要 在分析对比电力工程和水利水电工程防洪标准基础上,提出将电力工程防护等级Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级与水利水电工程等别Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ等进行对应,据此提出了上游水利水电工程对电力工程影响的溃决判别标准的建议。当电力工程以水库、拦河水闸蓄水为水源时,提出了根据电力工程防护等级确定供水重要性,进而确定供水水库、拦河水闸应达到的等别和防洪标准的建议。 Based on the analysis and comparison of flood control standards of electric power engineering and water conservancy engineering,this paper puts forward a proposal that the protection levels of electric power engineering Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ should be corresponded with those of water conservancy engineering Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ,and accordingly puts forward a criterion for judging the impact of dam break of upstream water conservancy engineering on power engineering.When reservoirs and sluices are used as water sources in electric power engineering,this paper puts forward suggestions to determine the importance of water supply according to the protection level of electric power engineering,and then to determine the classification of reservoirs and sluices and flood control standards.
