摘要
利用数值模拟研究侧煤仓一次风管道的气流分布,提出优化的一次风道布置方案。结果表明,侧煤仓布置方案容易引起冷热一次风流量不平衡,从而导致温度场、压力场分配不平衡。通过优化管道布置,冷热一次风分配不平衡能得到很大改善,温度场和压力场分布也都趋于平衡,尤其两台一次风机的压头趋于一致,为制粉系统、燃烧系统的运行带来很大好处,提高电厂的运行经济性。
Flow field distribution of primary air duct is studied by numerical simulation for side bunker boiler,and an optimized layout of primary air duct is presented.The results show that,due to side bunker arrangement the hot and cold of primary air flow is not balance,which results in temperature field,pressure field distribution is unbalanced accordingly.Through numerical simulation and the optimization,the cold and hot primary air distribution has been greatly improved,and then the pressure and temperature field tend to uniform.Especially pressure head of the two primary air fans is almost consistent,which brings significant benefits for pulverizing system,combustion system operation,and improve operation economy of power plant.
