Wisdom-Flourished Campus and Water-Nourished Culture: Cultural Concept of TopLevel Design of Binhu Campus of Hengshui University

衡水学院滨湖校区立项待施,这是衡水学院实现飞跃发展的大事。想衡水积淀数千年之深厚文蕴,思衡院百年之奋斗历程,观衡院今日之蓄势待发,望衡院未来之美好前景,特提出衡水学院滨湖校区顶层设计文化理念:智慧学苑,水润文华。其意为将衡水学院滨湖校区着力打造成集教育、科研、学习、生活于一体的充盈智慧、运用智慧、增进智慧的"智慧学苑",和水韵人文、传承进步、守正出新的多元化、生态型校园。

The Binhu Campus project of Hengshui University has been approved and is awaiting for construction;it is an important event for the rapid development of Hengshui University.In view of thousands of years of profound cultural heritage of Hengshui and the century-long struggle,the potential to develop and the bright future of Hegnshui University,we propose the cultural concept of the top-level design of Binhu Campus of Hengshui University:wisdomflourished campus and water-nourished culture.We aim to build Binhu Campus into both a"wisdom-flourished campus"where education,scientific research,learning and living are integrated,and wisdom is abundant,applied and improved,and a diversified and ecological campus of culture being nourished by water,progress being inherited and new trails being blazed whilst fine tradition being kept.
