摘要
社会性科学议题和科学论证教学是当前科学教育界研究与实践的两个热点问题。社会性科学议题(Socioscientific Issues,SSI),是指由于科技的发展与应用而产生的对社会具有冲击和影响的议题,一般具有开放、结构不良、跨领域的特征,往往隐含着争议与两难。社会性科学议题最根本的教学价值,是其能为教学提供一个真实的问题情境资源。科学是一种以论证为基础的社会活动,将科学论证运用于某个主题的教学,就称之为科学论证教学。科学论证教学着重培养学生的论证能力。社会性科学议题作为教学中的问题情境素材,其选择需遵循一些基本原则;科学论证教学也需要精心设计和实施,其中关键是教师的培养与培训。
Socioscientific issues(SSI)and scientific argumentation teaching are two hot topics in the research and practice of science education.SSI refer to issues that have an impact on society due to the development and application of science and technology.They are generally open,poorly structured,cross-domained,and often have controversy and dilemma.The most fundamental teaching value of socioscientific issues is that they can provide real situation material for teaching.Science is a social activity based on argument.Scientific argumentation teaching applies scientific argumentation to the teaching of a certain subject.It focuses on developing students’argumentation ability.The selection of socioscientific issues as the situation material in teaching should follow some basic principles.In addition,scientific argumentation teaching also needs to be carefully designed and implemented,the key of which is the training of teachers.
