摘要
高层次人才引进是应用型地方本科高校实施人才强校战略的重要路径。应用型地方本科高校在高层次人才引进方面尚存在一些问题,主要表现在相关职能部门存在人才引进积极性不高、消极被动等情绪,学校外在环境限制造成人才引进困难,规划性缺失导致人才引进的低效率等。在新时期的人才工作中,必须正确认识高层次人才引进的现实意义,合理规划高层次人才引进策略,科学制定人才需求计划,下大力引进急需的高层次人才,不断改善高校高层次人才的工作环境,积极建设区域性高层次人才聚集高地,不断加强宣传力度,努力拓宽高层次人才引进的路径,推动应用型地方本科高校的发展。
The introduction of high-level talents is an important path for the application-oriented local undergraduate universities to implement the strategy of strengthening universities by talents.There are still some problems in the introduction of high-level talents in application-oriented local undergraduate universities,which are mainly manifested in the low enthusiasm and passivity in the relevant functional departments.The external environment of the school makes it difficult to introduce talents,and lack of planning leads to low efficiency of talent introduction.In the new-era of talent work,we must correctly understand the practical significance of high-level talent introduction,scientifically analyze the problems faced by high-level talent introduction,and rationally plan the strategy of high-level talent introduction,so as to effectively play the role of high-level talent and promote the development of application-oriented local undergraduate colleges.
