教育家是教育发展的探索者和先行者,时代发展呼唤当代教育家,立德树人更需要当代教育家。基于教育家内涵和教育家精神,文章以情境教育创始人、当代教育名家李吉林为例分析教育家的成长路径发现:教育信念是教育家成长的开始;感知探索实践是教育家成长的必经,思考学习凝练是教育家成长的蜕变,教育家精神是教育家成长的引领。

Educators are the explorers and pioneers of educational development.Era development calls for the contemporary educators,the realization of the fundamental requirements of"strengthen moral education and cultivate people"need contemporary educators.Based on the connotation of educators and the spirit of educators,the author analyzes the growth path of educators with the founder of situational education and contemporary education master Li Jilin:the belief of education is the beginning of the growth of educators;the perception,exploration and practice is the only way for educators to grow up;the thinking,learning and condensation is the evolution of educators’growth;the spirit of educators is leading the growth of educators.
