摘要
教师资格考试是一种制度设计和制度安排,旨在促进教师队伍的规范化、生态化和持续专业化。在教师资格考试的具体实施中,多方利益相关者执着于利益选择与分配层面,在一定程度上提高了整个教育系统的工作效率,但却忽视了学生这个最深层、最核心的利益相关者。基于此,各利益相关者需明确利益与责任之间的内在对接,以核心利益相关者为根本、直接利益相关者为支撑、价值增溢相关者为保障,形成合力,共同促进教师专业化发展,使每个孩子都能接受到优质的教育。
The examination of teacher qualification is a kind of system design and arrangement,which aims at promoting the standardization,ecology and continuous specialization of teachers.In the implementation of teacher qualification examination,multi-stakeholders adhere to the level of interest selection and distribution,to a certain extent,improve the work efficiency of the whole education system,but inevitably ignore the deepest and core stakeholders.Based on this,all stakeholders need to make clear the internal docking between interests and responsibilities,and form a joint force that fundamental by core stakeholders,support by direct stakeholders and protect by value spillover stakeholders,work together to promote the professional development of teachers,make every child can receive high quality education.
