The Approaches and Features of Academic Integrity Cultivation of College Students in the United States

在学术GDP导向和大学国内外排名激烈竞争的背景下,学术诚信已经成为各国高度关注的问题。本研究以"美国大学生学术诚信培养过程中的基本特点和基本路径"为主要脉络,以实物分析及田野观察为收集、分析资料的技术手段,在美国4所大学学生学术诚信文本和实地观察的基础上,得出美国高校培育大学生学术诚信的5大特征,即夯实制度建设,强调依法治理;加强教育宣传,做到广而告之;坚持证据导向,惩戒有理有据;注重程序正义,确保公平公正;倡导全员参与,秉承共同治理。同时,在学术培养及诚信培养的过程中,探索坚持价值导向的学生自律及规范化的他律相结合的基本培养路径。

In the context of academic GDP orientation and fierce competition in university rankings at home and abroad academic integrity has become a highly concerned issue in many countries.This study in order to"American college student academic integrity in the process of cultivating the basic characteristics and basic path"as the main context,based on physical analysis and field observation data collection,analysis,technical means,text and academic integrity among university students in the United States,on the basis of field observation,it is concluded that the five characteristics of cultivating college students’academic integrity in university,namely,strengthen the system construction,the degree of emphasis on management;Strengthen the education propaganda,achieve the publicity;Adhere to the evidence orientation,punishment is justified;Focus on procedural justice to ensure fairness and justice;Advocate full participation,uphold common governance.At the same time,in the process of academic training and integrity training,to explore the value of the students to adhere to the discipline and standardized discipline of the combination of basic training path.
