摘要
司控器作为地铁车辆的主令设备,承担将司机的驾驶操作转换为车辆牵引制动指令的作用,其工作要求稳定、可靠。司控器在运营过程中出现信号超差故障将直接影响车辆的正常运营。文章针对沈阳地铁1号线司控器模拟量信号超差进行故障调查及分析,通过改进司控器电磁兼容能力,提高信号余量及信号同步精度,以解决沈阳地铁1号线司控器模拟量信号超差故障。
Master controller as main equipment of subway vehicle,it will take the driver’s driving operation into the train’s instruction,this job requires stable and reliable.Master controller appears in the process of operation signal out-of-tolerance failure will directly affect the normal operation of the vehicle.The paper investigates and analyzes the fault of the analog signal of the controller of Shenyang metro line 1,and improves the electromagnetic compatibility of the controller,allowance and improve signal synchronization precision solution of Shenyang metro line 1 master controller analog signals of fault.
