This paper first briefly describes the situation of the students in the special teaching class of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy,and then explains the teaching goal and the teaching content of the special teaching class“Information Technology Base”course,and finally explores the methods and ways to do well the teaching of the“Information Technology Base”course of the special teaching class.
