高职铁道供电技术专业教学工作诊断与改进研究

高职院校教学诊改工作是持续提高技术技能人才培养质量的重要举措和制度安排,以铁道供电技术专业为例,“8字形质量改进螺旋”为指导,提出教学诊改实施方案。在诊改的工作下,铁道供电技术专业在人才培养、师资力量、实训室建设等方面取得了长足的进步。文章对此进行了研究。

The work of teaching and reform in higher vocational colleges is an important measure and system arrangement for the continuous improvement of the quality of the personnel training of the technical skills.Taking the professional example of the railway power supply technology as an example,the“8-shape quality improvement spiral”is the guide,and the implementation of the teaching and reform is put forward.The technical specialty of railway power supply has made great progress in the fields of personnel training,teachers’strength,training room construction and so on.
