信息化时代下以跨企业培训中心为视角加强学徒制教育的研究

Research on strengthening apprenticeship education from the perspective of cross-enterprise training center in the information age

跨企业培训中心作为学校资源与企业资源整合、学生身份向员工身份转化、教育属性与职业属性融合的平台,主要功能为提供行业认可度高的优质职业培训和全真企业环境,着重培养学生的职业能力和职业素养。跨企业培训中心是在对德国双元制教育本土化探索和实践的过程中形成的,在此背景下对学徒进行理想信念教育,引导学生自觉把个人理想与国家梦想、个人价值与国家发展结合起来显得更为重要。努力构建学校与企业联合思政育人机制,让企业在进行授业时同样也重视对学生的思想政治教育工作,形成一套完善的思想政治教育体制,实现企业与学校对学生进行思想政治教育的无缝衔接,真正做到全员、全程、全方位的思想政治教育。文章对跨企业培训中心视角下加强学徒理想信念教育进行分析。

As a platform for the integration of school resources and enterprise resources,the transformation of student identity into employee identity,and the integration of educational and professional attributes,the cross enterprise training center mainly provides high-quality vocational training and enterprise environment with high industry recognition,and focuses on the cultivation of students’professional ability and quality.Cross enterprise training center is formed in the process of exploring and practicing the localization of dual system education in Germany.In this context,it is more important to educate the apprentices in ideals and beliefs,and guide the students to consciously combine personal ideals with national dreams,personal values and national development.Efforts should be made to build a joint ideological and political education mechanism between schools and enterprises,so that enterprises can also attach importance to the ideological and political education of students when they teach,form a set of perfect ideological and political education system,realize the seamless connection between enterprises and schools in ideological and political education of students,and truly achieve all-round ideological and political education.This paper analyzes strengthen of the ideal and belief education of apprentices from the perspective of cross-enterprise training center.
