摘要
构建基于CIPS的跨站协同运输计划编制平台,感知生产现状、车流分布、阶段计划,从跨编组站协同运输一体和以编组站为核心的区域互保运输一体两个方面,以车辆在成都局集团管内编组站总体的中停时为目标,协同编制各编组站的计划,均衡利用三大编组站能力,实现车流均衡,从而达到避免到达编组站进行重复解体,产生折角车流的目的,形成全局优化的局面。
The paper gives an introdution of building a planning platform of CIPS-based cross-station collaborative transportation to acquire information on production status, traffic flow distribution and phase planning. The analysis includes two aspects: cross-marshalling station collaborative transportation integration and regional mutual protection transportation integration with marshalling stations at its core. Taking into consideration the overall stoppage time of the marshalling stations of Chengdu Bureau, the platform draws up the plans of each marshalling station in a coordinated way, and use the three marshalling stations’ capabilities to achieve the balance of the traffic flow, so as to avoid repeated disintegration and the generation of U-turn traffic at the marshalling stations and to realize overall optimization.
