隔震技术在砌体结构加固中的应用研究

摘要 针对宁波某砌体结构住宅楼,采用基础隔震与传统加固相结合的方式进行加固改造。采用有限元软件Midas Gen进行建模及非线性时程分析,对比了结构加隔震装置前后在设防、罕遇地震作用下的层间位移角、楼层剪力等地震响应结果。结果表明:(1)应用隔震技术后,结构的周期延长,层间位移角、楼层剪力及顶层加速度反应等地震响应显著减小;(2)水平向减震系数β为0.387,隔震层以上结构的抗震构造可以降低一度;(3)基础隔震及传统加固相结合的方式能有效解决老旧砌体结构房屋综合抗震能力及墙体受压承载力不足的问题。为隔震技术与传统加固相结合的方式在解决砌体结构加固的问题上提供了成功的工程案例。 For a residential building with a masonry structure in Ningbo,a combination of basic isolation and traditional reinforcement is used for reinforcement.The finite element software Midas Gen was used for modeling and nonlinear time-history analysis,and the seismic response results such as the inter-layer displacement angle and floor shear force under the action of fortification and rare earthquakes before and after the structure with seismic isolation device were compared.The results show that:(1)after the application of seismic isolation technology,the period of the structure is prolonged,and the seismic responses such as the displacement angle between floors,floor shear force and acceleration response at the top layer are significantly reduced;(2)the horizontal seismic isolation coefficientβis 0.387,and the isolation The seismic structure of the structure above the level can be reduced by one degree;(3)The combination of basic isolation and traditional reinforcement can effectively solve the problems of the comprehensive seismic capacity of old masonry structure houses and the insufficient bearing capacity of the wall.It provides a successful engineering case for the combination of seismic isolation technology and traditional reinforcement in solving the problem of masonry structure reinforcement.
