摘要
介绍了当前再生混凝土强化技术研究现状,分析比较了不同强化方法对再生骨料吸水率、压碎指标及再生混凝土强度的强化效果。结果表明:渗透结晶处理方法对再生骨料吸水率降低效果最好,且对高强再生混凝土立方体抗压强度提高较显著;500℃加热改性方法对再生骨料压碎指标降低幅度最大,达44.9%;纤维掺入方法对C30、C40全再生混凝土立方体抗压强度和劈裂抗拉提高显著,但对高强混凝土抗压和劈裂抗拉性能产生削弱。
The current research status of reinforced concrete strengthening technology is introduced,and the effects of different strengthening methods on the water absorption rate,crushing index and strength of recycled concrete are analyzed and compared.The results show that the osmotic crystallization treatment method has the best effect on reducing the water absorption of recycled aggregates,and significantly improves the compressive strength of high-strength recycled concrete cubes.The 500℃heating modification method has the largest reduction in the crushing index of recycled aggregates,reaching 44.9%;The fiber blending method significantly improves the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of C30 and C40 fully recycled concrete cubes,but weakens the compressive and splitting tensile properties of high-strength concrete.
