摘要
预裂爆破能最大限度降低爆破振动对最终边坡的影响,保证采区作业安全受到广泛应用。利用lsdyna模拟结合现场试验,对城门山铜矿开采台阶预裂爆破进行分析。研究结果表明:采用设计的施工参数能够有效的达到预裂爆破的效果,获得良好的半孔壁以及贯穿裂隙。由于岩石强风化,设计中未按常见预裂爆破设计减震孔,且未进行有效充填,以免爆破应力波造成边坡破坏。后期将根据现场实际情况,适当进一步降低装药不耦合系数和线装药密度,以取得更好的效果,为后续工程的施工提供参考依据。
Pre-splitting blasting can minimize the impact of blasting vibration on the final slope and ensure the safety of mining area operation In this paper,ls-dyna simulation combined with field test is used to analyze the bench pre-splitting blasting in Chengmenshan Copper Mine.The results show that the designed construction parameters can effectively achieve the effect of pre-splitting blasting,and obtain a good half-hole wall and run through cracks.Because of the strong weathering of rock,the shock absorber holes are not designed according to the common pre-splitting blasting in the design,and the effective filling is not carried out,so as to avoid the damage of slope caused by blasting stress wave.In the later stage,the decoupling coefficient and linear charge density will be further reduced according to the actual situation of the site,so as to achieve better results and provide reference for the construction of follow-up projects.
