摘要
针对轨道衡衡轨与引轨之间采用传统方式连接,钢轨易出现断裂、崩塌等缺陷,影响生产并给铁路行车安全带来重大安全隐患的问题进行了深入研究。通过对传统连接方式下机车车辆通过接头处的轮轨受力,衡轨及引轨加工对钢轨原应力结构破坏等进行了系统分析。根据不足,对衡轨与引轨之间的接头连接方式进行改进,使轨道衡钢轨接头的稳定性、抗疲劳性及安全可靠性得到了显著提升。
In view of the traditional connection between the railway track and the guide rail,the rail is prone to fracture,collapse and other defects,which affect the production and bring significant safety risks to the railway traffic safety,those problems are studied in this paper.The stress of wheel-rail passing through the joint of locomotive and vehicle under the traditional connection mode,the damage of the original stress structure of rail by the processing of rail and guide rail are analyzed systematically.According to the insufficiency,the connection mode between the balance rail and the guide rail is improved.The stability,fatigue resistance and safety reliability of the rail joint are improved remarkably.
