阳极炉浇铸用水的改造及生产实践

摘要 为节约熔炼生产新水消耗,结合阳极炉精炼工序浇铸用水、炉前水套循环水、区域生产用水等生产工艺过程的控制情况,对阳极炉浇铸用水工艺进行优化改进,月节约新水6000 m3。经过改造后阳极炉精炼工序实现了废水再利用,生产废水零排放。 In order to save new water consumption for smelting production,combined with the control of casting water in anode furnace refining process,circulating water in water jacket in front of furnace,regional production water and so on,the water process for anode furnace casting is optimized and improved.Monthly saving of new water 6000 m3.After the modification,the refining process of anode furnace has realized the reuse of wastewater and zero discharge of production wastewater.
