摘要
选取混纺地毯作为研究对象,在干态、含水率为50%和全浸泡状态下,利用ISO 19700产烟平台和傅里叶红外烟气分析仪,研究其产烟性能。通过分析比较使用干态和160%含水率的毛巾过滤后毒性气体浓度的变化情况,评价毛巾对烟气的过滤防护效果。结果表明:混纺地毯的烟气成分主要包括CO、CO2、CH4、SO2、NOX和HCl等有毒有害气体;全浸泡状态下的混纺地毯,其烟气中的CO、HCl、SO2浓度峰值出现的时间最晚,但峰值最大,产生的CO2、NOX气体含量少;含水条件下生成的CH_4含量增多,但含水率50%和全浸泡状态相比,其峰值相差不大。对有毒气体的过滤防护效果为:湿毛巾>干毛巾>无毛巾,用湿毛巾捂住口鼻能够降低火灾烟气对人体的损害,有助于火场逃生。
The blended carpet was selected as the research object,and its smoke production performance was studied by ISO 19700 smoke production platform and Fourier infrared flue gas analyzer under dry state,50%moisture content state and full immersion state.By analyzing and comparing the changes of toxic gases concentration after filtration with dry towels and 160%moisture content towels,the filtering and protective effect of towels on smoke was evaluated.Results showed that the smoke constituents of blended carpet mainly include toxic and harmful gases such as CO,CO2,CH4,SO2,NOXand HCl.For the blended carpet under the condition of full immersion,the peak concentrations of CO,HCl and SO2 in smoke constituent appear the latest,but the peak valuesare the highest,and the CO2 and NOXcontents are low.The content of CH4 increases under water-bearing condition,but the peak value of 50%water content is not significantly different from that of full immersion.The filtering and protective effect on toxic gases is as follows:wet towels>dry towels>no towels.Covering mouth and nose with a wet towel can reduce the damage of fire smoke to human body and help to escape from fire.
