液氯罐车泄漏影响区域及人员疏散研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究液氯罐车泄漏事故的作用范围及对人员安全的影响,提高消防救援应急处置能力,对液氯泄漏事故的危害结果进行量化分析。通过模型构建与软件模拟得到氯气扩散浓度变化及影响区域与相应毒性作用下的人员伤亡概率,进而划分不同的应急疏散区域。结果表明:根据氯气浓度对人员的危害程度不同可划分为警戒区、第一疏散区、第二疏散区与第三疏散区四个应急区域,对应的椭圆范围长轴分别为2.2、4.3、7.8、14 km。 In order to study the hazard range of the leakage accident of liquid chlorine tanker and its impact on the personnel safety,and improve the emergency response capacity of fire rescue,the hazard results of the leakage accident of liquid chlorine were analyzed quantitatively.Through model construction and software simulation,the change of chlorine diffusion concentration and the probability of casualties in the affected area and the corresponding toxic effect are obtained,and then different emergency evacuation areas are divided.The results show that according to the harm degree of chlorine concentration to people,it can be divided into four emergency areas:warning area,the first evacuation area,the second evacuation area and the third evacuation area.The corresponding long axis of ellipse range is 2.2,4.3,7.8 and 14 km respectively.
