摘要
在分析消防舆情相较于普通舆情的成因与传播特点的基础上,从五个方面阐明了消防舆情应对引导现状,结合舆情引导所存在的主要问题及深层次原因,总结提出消防微信舆情治理的五项对策与建议:深入学习理解舆情传播规律,加强源头防范,建立舆情综合治理机制,创设舆情处置运行机制,加强处置保障力量建设。力求在新媒体时代,有效导控消防舆情的传播,推动消防部门工作的开展,营造消防部门良好的整体形象。
This paper fully analyses the causes and communication characteristics of public opinion involved in fire control compared with general public opinion,and clarifies the current situation of public opinion response and gui-dance from five aspects.Based on the existing problems and deep-seated reasons of public opinion guidance,it puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions for public opinion governance of fire control WeChat.It’s important to deeply study and understand the law of public opinion communication,strengthen the source prevention,establish the comprehensive public opinion governance mechanism,create the public opinion disposal operation mechanism,and strengthen the building of disposal and security capacity.In the new media era,it’s necessary to effectively guide and control the communication of public opinion of fire control,promote the work of fire departments,and create a good overall image of fire departments.
