新常态下天津文化贸易政策优化的对策研究

Research on the countermeasures of optimization of cultural trade policy in Tianjin under the “New Normal”

新常态经济下,我国文化产业和文化贸易迎来了战略发展期。国家和地区层面出台了很多支持文化贸易发展的政策措施。近年来,天津政府及有关部门也出台了许多促进文化贸易发展的政策,但是和国内典型地区相比,天津文化贸易政策及其绩效还存在较大差距。文章基于对天津和典型地区文化贸易政策及绩效的比较分析,探究了天津文化贸易政策存在的问题及制约政策绩效的因素,并给出了优化天津文化贸易政策的可行性对策。

The cultural industry and cultural trade in China are entering into a strategic development period under the"New Normal"economy.Many policies and measures have been put forward at the national and regional levels.In recent years,the local government and related departments in Tianjin have put forward a series of policies and measures to promote the development of cultural trade.However,there exists a big gap in cultural trade policy and performance between Tianjin and classical regions in China.Based on a comparative study of cultural trade policy and performance between Tianjin and classical regions,the paper explores the problems of cultural trade policy and the factors of hindering policy performance and puts forward some practical countermeasures for optimizing the cultural trade policy in Tianjin.
