靶向超声分子成像在动脉粥样硬化疾病的成像评价

摘要 靶向超声分子成像是将超声微泡表面靶向连接于病变组织特定分子的特异性受体,从而构建成新的靶向超声微泡分子探针将其黏附在血管内皮细胞上的特异分子上进行分子水平超声成像。文章对靶向超声分子成像在动脉粥样硬化炎症反应、斑块新生血管以及斑块治疗方面的进展进行综述。
