As an important part of China’s industrial structure,the transformation and optimization of the elderly food industry is of great significance to promote the overall development of the food industry.In this study,a detailed analysis of the development direction and improvement path of China’s elderly food industry under the new economic normal is aimed at promoting the innovation and development of the elderly food industry,thus achieving an effective improvement of industrial competitiveness.
