摘要
老年人的生理特点和营养需求具有特殊性,老年人的健康问题已成为社会关注的焦点。我国老年食品的研究开发相对薄弱,老年食品存在产量低、品种少、质量差等问题。本文针对老年营养食品发展现状进行具体分析,并结合老年人生理特点,对老年食品的研发方向提出相关的意见和建议。
Since the physiological characteristics and nutritional needs of the elderly are unique,the health problem of the elderly has become the focus of social attention.The research and development of geriatric foods in China is relatively weak,and there are few problems such as low yield,low variety and poor quality in geriatric food.This paper analyzed the development status of the geriatric foods,and combined the physiological characteristics of the elderly,and provided some relevant opinions and suggestions on the research and development direction of the geriatric foods.
