摘要
随着社会的不断发展,人们的生活质量有了非常明显的提升,食品安全问题受到了人们的广泛关注。为了保障食品安全,需对食品进行合理的检验。在当前的食品检验过程中,充分利用现代生物技术能够有效提升实际的检验效率。本文对食品检验过程中现代生物检测技术的应用重要性及主要的生物技术进行探讨,对现代生物检测技术未来的发展趋势进行研究。
With the continuous social development,people’s quality of life has been significantly improved,and food safety issues have received widespread attention.In order to fully guarantee food safety,it is necessary to conduct a reasonable inspection of the food.Making full use of modern biotechnology in the current food inspection process can effectively improve the actual inspection efficiency.This paper mainly discusses the application importance of modern biodetection technology in food inspection process and several major bio-technologies,and the development trend of modern bio-detection technology in the future is studied.
