摘要
为加强网络食品监管,切实做好网络食品监督抽样工作,本文通过与传统线下抽样对比,分析当前网络食品监督抽样工作中的难点,并结合多年工作经验,围绕网络食品监督抽样的全过程,对制定抽检计划、抽样队伍建设、抽样过程样品信息采集、证据留存等方面存在的问题展开探讨,提出一些切实可行的解决方法,为从事食品网络抽样工作的人员提供建议,为监管部门制定相关的网络食品抽检工作规范提供参考。
In order to strengthen the supervision of online food and do a good job of online food supervision sampling,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the current online food supervision sampling work by comparing with the traditional offline sampling,Combined with many years of work experience,focusing on the whole process of online food supervision and sampling,this paper discusses the formulation of sampling plan,the construction of sampling team,the collection of sample information in the sampling process,and the retention of evidence,and puts forward some practical solutions to provide suggestions for the personnel engaged in online food sampling,and formulate relevant online food sampling work for the supervision department The specification provides reference.
