为加强网络食品监管,切实做好网络食品监督抽样工作,本文通过与传统线下抽样对比,分析当前网络食品监督抽样工作中的难点,并结合多年工作经验,围绕网络食品监督抽样的全过程,对制定抽检计划、抽样队伍建设、抽样过程样品信息采集、证据留存等方面存在的问题展开探讨,提出一些切实可行的解决方法,为从事食品网络抽样工作的人员提供建议,为监管部门制定相关的网络食品抽检工作规范提供参考。
