On the Process Operation of Rice Workshop

随着生活水平的提高,人们对于各种生活物质的品质要求也越来越高,特别是对于大米,人们对其感官以及质量和精度等都提出了较高的要求,对于碾米加工企业来说,这是巨大的挑战。本文主要针对大米车间工艺操作进行分析,以期为生产出质量更高的大米提供借鉴。

With the improvement of people’s living standard,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of various living materials.Especially for rice,people put forward higher requirements for its senses,quality and precision,which poses a huge challenge to rice milling enterprises.This paper mainly analysed the rice workshop process operation,in order to provide a reference for the production of higher quality rice.
