Application of Food Safety Standards in Food Safety Management Practice

食品安全标准是开展食品安全执法活动的重要依据,对食品安全有极大的影响。但从食品安全标准执行情况看,还存在一些问题,从而影响到人们身体健康。本文从食品安全标准的法律地位及实践应用出发,分析了当前食品安全标准在食品安全管理实践中的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。

The food safety standard is an important basis to carry out food safety law enforcement activities,which has a great effect on food safety.In practice,from that implementation of food safety standard,there are some problems,which affect people’s health.Based on the legal status and practical application of food safety standard,this paper analyzes the problems of the current food safety standard in the practice of food safety management,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
