摘要
产漆酶菌株与焦性没食子酸反应能产生棕褐色的变色圈,根据这一原理,从土壤中筛选出一株高产漆酶的菌株,并初步研究了温度对漆酶活性的影响,结果表明50~60℃为其活性最强的温度范围。
Lacese-Produeing microbial stains react with Bavendamm,the response generated with brown,Through this principle,a strain screened from soil strains of high yield of laccase,and a preliminary study of temperature effect on the laccase activity,the results show that between 50~60℃temperature of its most active.
