摘要
对《原料乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺检测方法》测定奶粉中三聚氰胺的不确定度进行了评定,分析和量化影响测定结果的不确定度分量,将不确定度分量合成,得到奶粉中三聚氰胺含量的扩展不确定度为1.75μg·kg^-1。
The uncertainty of measurement in determination of melamine in milk powder was evaluated according to the method for determination of melamine in raw milk and dairy products by UPLC-MS/MS.The components of uncertainty were analyzed,quantified and composed.The expanded uncertainty of melamine in milk powder is 1.75μg·kg^-1.
