南阳蜂蜜主要矿物质元素含量测定

Determination of Main Mineral Elements in Nanyang Honey

采用湿法消解对枣花蜜、槐花蜜和百花蜜进行前处理,然后用火焰原子吸收法对处理过的3种蜂蜜中铁、锌、镁含量进行测定。结果表明:百花蜜3种元素含量最高,槐花蜜的镁、铁元素含量最低,枣花蜜的锌含量最低。

The content of iron,zinc and magnesium in the three types of honey treated by flame atomic absorption method was determined.The test result showed that the content of the three elements of in Baihua honey is the highest.The content of magnesium and iron in Sophora japonica nectar is the lowest and the zinc content of jujube nectar is the lowest.
