研究生教育学生对导师的满意程度是衡量研究生培养质量的重要指标之一,为了探究研究生教育学生对导师满意度影响因素,采用因子分析的方法,详细分析研究生教育学生对导师满意度,确定研究生教育导师指导满意度评价的指标体系。对研究生教育学生对导师满意度影响因素的不同作用效果调查,并对调查数据进一步统计分析,提取出影响研究生教育学生对导师满意度评价的四个公共因子,依据分析结果提出提升当前研究生教育质量的建议。

Postgraduate education students'satisfaction with their supervisors is one of the important indexes to measure the quality of postgraduate education.The paper aims to explore factors which affect the satisfaction of postgraduate students with their supervisors.First,factor analysis method was adopted to analyze the postgraduate education students'satisfaction with their supervisors in detail,and then the index system for evaluating the supervisors'guides satisfaction in postgraduate education was built.An investigation was launched into the effects of different factors on the postgraduate education students'satisfaction with their supervisors.Based on the analysis,the four common factors that affect the evaluation of postgraduate students'satisfaction with supervisors are extracted.Accordingly,some suggestions are put forward for improving the postgraduate education quality.
